Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator to support our broker in achieving settlement targets. This role involves lodging new applications with lenders, managing data entry, and preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.

This is a full-time position requiring at least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and loan processing software.

Responsibilities:
  • Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval & settlement.
  • Managing data entry into SalesTrekker / Apply Online / Loanapp / Flex.
  • Preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.
  • Supporting broker to achieve settlement targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Stable internet with at least 50MBPS or up.
  • Own computer.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing required.
  • Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software.
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective time management skills.
