Australian Mortgage Broker Support Specialist

A key role supporting mortgage brokers throughout the loan application process. The successful candidate will assist brokers at all stages, from initial contact through to settlement.
- Supporting brokers in loan processing and preparation.
- Assisting with client communication and documentation.
- Providing high-level support to mortgage brokers and their applications.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of Australian experience supporting a mortgage broker or banking/lending industry, along with experience using Aggregator CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct needs analysis, serviceability assessments, product assessment, and funding position based on clients' objectives and situations.
- Research lender policies and prepare loan comparisons.
- Prepare and package client loan applications, ensuring data entry requirements are accurate and all supporting documentation is as per bank requirements.
- Manage lender follow-up and status reporting, taking ownership of compliance-related matters.
- Complete loan serviceability, order valuations, prepare forms, gather rate quotes, arrange loan doc execution, and arrange settlements with stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of Australian experience supporting a mortgage broker or banking/lending industry.
- Experience with Aggregator CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a cohesive and high-paced environment.
- Well-presented and detail-oriented.
- IT savvy and able to learn software quickly.
- Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
