Australian Mortgage Loan Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for managing the entire loan processing lifecycle, from verification to compliance.

About This Role- This is a full-time position working from home.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM systems and loan origination platforms.
- You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan application documents, coordinating with internal teams, and performing audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end loan processing, including verification and compliance.
- Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications and update statuses.
- Review and verify loan application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market.
- Experience working with CRM systems and loan origination platforms.
- Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards.
