Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries regarding client products and services.

About this role:

  • You will interact with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions in a prompt and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming requests to identify trends and flag issues for the wider team.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers while showing empathy and courtesy.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets.
  • Perform problem-solving tasks, answer product-related questions, and troubleshoot issues while documenting them properly.
  • Monitor customer dashboards and platforms, and reach out to customers who need extra support with troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and continuously improve processes to meet internal and external expectations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • A willingness to learn about IT technology and behavior is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive and MS Office is required.
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers verbally and in written form is vital.
  • An aptitude to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications is desirable.
