This is a role that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers via chat, email, or phone.
- Answer customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, handling product-related issues, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
