We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
Job Responsibilities:
This position involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services.
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Previous customer service experience an asset.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment with a fast-paced and dynamic work atmosphere. You will be working on a computer and phone headset for most of the day, with occasional movement around the office.
The employee may occasionally be required to move objects up to 40 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.
