Job Title

Cash Flow Analyst - Financial Operations Expert

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role includes, but is not limited to, Order to Cash specific tasks such as dispute resolution, forecasting, financial statement analysis, and the investigation of customer claims. Additionally, the computation of Annual Recurring Revenue of a booking is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and resolving customer disputes related to payment issues
  • Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts of cash inflows and outflows
  • Conducting thorough financial statement analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Investigating customer claims and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Calculating and tracking Annual Recurring Revenue of bookings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable, and Order to Cash operations
  • Proven analytical skills with expertise in interpreting contracts, contract prices, and financial statements
  • Able to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Strong experience in forecasting and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with business process support and data management
