Job Overview

The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable, improve cash flow, and shape process improvements to propel brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review weekly and monthly billing statements, maintain a healthy AR aging report, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk, improve cash flow, and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation within AR.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting to senior management based on AR analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail to interpret financial data and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and collaboration, taking ownership of projects while maintaining positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role with prior exposure to accounts receivable management or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation or new technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for organization, collaboration, and seeing tasks through to completion.
