Accounts Receivable Analyst Role Summary">

This role is responsible for managing daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.

  • ">
  • Create and post invoices in Salesforce Billing
  • Apply payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
  • Collect invoices ranging in dollar value
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues with customers
  • Work in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)
  • Invoice against Purchase Orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential for this position. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is also beneficial.
