About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact. As a Care Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in collecting, reviewing, and tracking required documentation from caregivers and families.

  • Collect and review documentation from caregivers and families, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.
  • Handle high-volume phone interactions daily, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all documents are compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
