Family Development Specialist

We're seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Family Empowerment Associates. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of underserved families.
This position involves managing family training pipelines, guiding families through complex healthcare and training systems, and supporting clinical training initiatives. If you have experience in sales or customer success and are passionate about empowering families, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs Manage family training pipelines, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training to care for others.
- Serve as a Liaison and Support System Guide families through the healthcare maze, provide emotional support, and be their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
- Collaborate Across Departments Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Abby Care to advance our mission.
- Build Community Connections Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events that foster community and empower families to rely on one another.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, education, or healthcare administration.
- Minimum 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience, preferably in a professional role.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to handle complex cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
- Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn) and proficiency with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
