Account Manager

Dedicated and personable account managers are required to maintain client relationships and serve as the main point of contact. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, exceptional customer service skills, and be comfortable working with spreadsheets, organizational software, and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop strategic sales and marketing plans and ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Daily and Weekly Tasks:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and address their needs in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure they are receiving services within their budget and meeting their requirements.
  • Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports for clients and higher-ups within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal and communicate with the sales team accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software.
  • College graduate with a bachelor's degree as minimum.
  • Mature, well-rounded, and passionate individual willing to excel in the field of Sales.
