
Business Development Partner

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join AspiraGlobal as Business Development Partner. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for students, recent grads, or anyone eager to kick-start a career in business development and sales. As a BDP Intern, your main role will be to help us generate leads — identifying companies that could benefit from our recruitment and staffing solutions and connecting them with our sales team. You'll gain real-world experience in outreach, prospecting, and sales strategy — all while working remotely and earning based on your results. If you're ready to build your skills, grow your network, and earn while you learn we'd love to meet you
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify businesses actively hiring or growing their teams
- Reach out via LinkedIn, job boards, or other channels to qualify potential clients
- Pass warm leads to our sales team
- Providing regular updates on your outreach progress
- Participating in weekly virtual check-ins and strategy discussions with the team
- Collaborating with us to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
- Learn business development and lead sourcing techniques hands-on
Qualifications:
- Strong research and communication skills
- A self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet agreed timelines
- No previous experience required — just initiative, curiosity, and consistency
