As a seasoned Client Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and fostering long-term relationships with our esteemed clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to excel in client management, solution delivery, and business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless adoption of dashboards, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Analyse client operations and recommend tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and guarantee successful adoption of dashboards
  • Build lasting relationships and identify opportunities for revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
