Overview

The Project Development Associate his / her Project Development Manager/Department Head and team in overseeing project profitability and managing the full cycle of the project development process, including feasibility studies, project design & planning, project launch & implementation, turnover to clients, and set-up of property management operations. The Project Development team champions project success by leading and working with their partners from Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits & Property Management to ensure the timely accomplishment of milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive project briefs summarizing key project details, retail positioning, timelines, and leasing assumptions for internal presentation and approvals.
  • Conduct research and market studies on retail trends, competition, consumer behavior, and location potential to support feasibility analysis and strategy formulation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pricing and payment terms, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with financial targets and tenant requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor the leasing inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of availability, occupancy, and lease status; generate regular reports to support decision-making.
  • Support overall project monitoring efforts, including conducting site oculars and reporting on construction, fit-out, and turnover status.
  • Coordinate and participate in tenant calls or meetings, addressing tenant queries, onboarding requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Sales Admin, Technical, Finance) to ensure seamless lease documentation, approvals, and project execution.
  • Prepare and update leasing trackers, pipeline reports, and other required documentation for project and executive reporting.
Education, Trainings, Licenses Required
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of real estate experience or brand management or project management experience in other industries.
  • Experience in brand management for luxury brands and products is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
