Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate supports the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns that promote a company's products, services, or brand. This role involves market research, content creation, social media management, and coordination of promotional activities to drive customer engagement and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Create, edit, and manage content for digital and print marketing materials
  • Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, campaign ROI)
  • Support email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives
  • Help maintain and update the company website and marketing databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing tools

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Up to two years of experience in marketing or a similar field, including internships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
