- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or any Business related course.
- With at least 6 months experience as Front Desk Associate/ Concierge.
- Must have organizational and time management skills with ability to establish priorities and coordinate and complete tasks within established timeframes.
- With excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all types of personality.
- Act as an ambassador in promoting the company's image and branding as a service provider to all clients, callers and visitors.
- Perform administrative support tasks (e.g. answering, receiving phone calls and taking messages, copying, faxing, etc).
- Receive and assess the various needs and purposes of visitors and direct them to the proper personnel in order to address their concerns.
- Willing to be assigned to Makati City
