Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a strategic Business Analyst to drive innovation and deliver impact.

About the Position
  • Lead business requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design to optimize business processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation for effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to drive system enhancements and improve user experience.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and process training to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Act as Product Owner in Agile teams and support strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Champion innovation and continuous process improvement across departments to stay competitive.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial services.
  • Strong skills in project management, process mapping, and business case development.
  • Familiarity with loan processing, accounting concepts, and system configuration.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, databases, APIs, and flowchart/wireframe tools.
Nice to Have
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement.
  • Experience with RBACK frameworks, loan systems, and accounting platforms.
  • Existing relationships with financial solution providers.
