Product Innovation Specialist

Drive product innovation through customer insights and leverage data analytics to measure success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews and direct calls.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation and packaging.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
  • Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
