We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential small business leads, engaging prospective customers, and conducting initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets. You will work closely with senior colleagues to hand off qualified leads and contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across channels.
- Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Salesforce.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to hand off qualified leads.
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support experience.
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering value.
