About this role

Key responsibilities

Ticketing:

  • Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department.
  • Provide timely and accurate information via the ticketing system.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Administer and analyze onboarding surveys.

Colleague Relations and Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.

Compliance and Recordkeeping:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
  • Assist with audits, mandatory government filings, and training compliance.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and track participation.
  • Assist in identifying training needs.

Policy Implementation:

  • Help draft, update, and enforce people policies and guidelines.

Offboarding:

Administrative Support:

Requirements
  • An associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years in HR administration or a related role (preferred).
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
