About the Role

The People Services Partner role is responsible for supporting and assisting with daily functions in the Human Resources department.

This position provides broad exposure to HR services, including benefits administration, onboarding, colleague relations, compliance, and policy enforcement.

  • Key responsibilities include ticketing, onboarding, colleague relations, engagement, compliance, recordkeeping, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, offboarding, and administrative support.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first approach are essential for success in this role.

Educational Requirements
  • An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in HR administration or a related role is also preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism are required.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is required.
