We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools.
This role involves managing employee data, payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:• Manage employee data, including hiring, onboarding, and separation processes.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities.
• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with employees.
• Act as a mediator in employee disputes and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all aspects of HR operations.
Requirements:• 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools.
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration platforms.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, or similar tools.
• Process documentation and SOP creation expertise.
• Proficiency in audit and compliance tracking.
• Project management capabilities for process improvement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
• Empathy and active listening.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
