We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that engineers are utilized to their full capacity.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for scheduling engineering calendars, coordinating IT resources, and evaluating/prioritizing IT requests.

  • Schedule engineering calendars and tickets for a global support organization across multiple time zones.">
  • Coordinate IT resources to drive task completion and optimize resource utilization.">
  • Coordinate work scheduling with internal resources and client contacts.">
  • Monitor service personnel schedules to ensure support coverage and prevent scheduling conflicts.">
  • Ensure timely completion of tickets.">
  • Keep customers informed of scheduling or service changes/outages.">
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve complaints.">

  • Schedule internal and onsite technical resources using our ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage).">
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and assign IT requests, following up as needed to ensure completion of outstanding items.">
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt service delivery and accurate time entry.">
  • Conduct client surveys to measure satisfaction.">
  • Efficiently communicate through instant messages, phone calls, and our ticketing system.">
