Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
•Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
•Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
•Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
•Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
•Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
HR Policies & Compliance:
•Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with labor laws.
•Maintain employee handbook and update policies as necessary.
Performance Management:
•Assist in the implementation of performance review processes.
•Train managers and employees with performance improvement plans.
Benefits Administration:
•Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave policies, etc.).
•Support open enrollment and respond to employee questions regarding benefits.
HR Administration:
•Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
•Generate HR reports and assist in audits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
