Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical customer service requests and problems
  • Utilize databases to select the appropriate processing method
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and problems handled
  • Operate a personal computer and software packages related to the client

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience as a technical support representative, and relevant knowledge of troubleshooting.

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to research issues and resolve customer inquiries
  • Develop basic payments industry knowledge

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The specialist will work under close supervision and follow established procedures on all assignments.
