Job Description:

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance, developing and implementing effective HR strategies, and maintaining positive employee relations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a factory or construction materials industry. You should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, experience in managing a startup environment, and excellent conflict resolution skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are properly trained and integrated into the organization.
  3. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  4. Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster positive employee relations through regular communication, feedback, and training programs, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and work-life balance.
  5. Payroll and Compliance: Ensure accurate payment of wages and benefits, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
