Our company is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee customer service staff activities and drive team performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to motivate a team of representatives.
Job OverviewThe Customer Service Team Leader will play a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals by ensuring high job satisfaction within the team. This includes overseeing daily operations, monitoring call quality, and providing feedback and coaching to improve service standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee customer service staff activities, ensuring adherence to performance standards and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate calls, providing feedback and coaching to improve service quality.
- Drive team performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Applicants should have a bachelor's or college degree in any field, as well as a management background. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in customer service or sales is also required.
