Job Title: Assurance Senior

  • Join EY as an Assurance Senior to develop your skills and knowledge in audit, assurance and risk management.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audits and assurance services to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead a team of professionals to deliver audit and assurance projects, including managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and expertise in auditing, accounting standards, and risk management. Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through clear communication, active listening, and empathy.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit, tax, and advisory services, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Accounting or related field (BS Accountancy)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and audit functions (external audit required)
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards
