About the Role

The Operations Project Manager, AI Safety Services is responsible for managing complex AI-data projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, building and automating workflows, tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing technical projects or operations in data, AI, or software domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows, including tools such as JIRA, Asana, Linear, or similar.
  • Proven record of delivering projects with distributed or remote-first teams.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experiences You Bring
  • Project management excellence, including scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lightweight scripting skills, including Python or similar for automation, data manipulation, and report generation.
  • SQL and dashboard expertise, including querying data warehouses and building KPI views.
  • Tool savvy, including familiarity with annotation platforms and cloud services.

  • Process mindset, including designing SOPs/playbooks and iterating quickly based on feedback.
