Operations Leader

This is a leadership role where you will oversee operations, manage teams and help them achieve their targets.

In this position, you will be responsible for devising effective plans to ensure your team reaches their goals, identifying strengths and weaknesses of your teammates and guiding them accordingly, assigning tasks that play to their strengths while addressing their weaknesses, and gaining the trust and respect of your team members through regular one-on-one sessions and open communication. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving daily processes and practices to support the success of your team.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer experience operations and management, as well as skills in leading and managing an operations team. A good track record of meeting and delivering targets, great verbal and written communications skills, aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to take the lead in analyzing situations and data are also essential.
