The opportunity

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Operator (NCII Certified) to join our team in Bacoor City, Cavite. As a key member of our mining operations, you will play a vital role in the efficient transportation and handling of materials to support our project objectives.

Key responsibilities

  1. Safely operate a dump truck to transport various materials, such as soil, gravel, and other construction materials, to designated areas on-site
  2. Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections and adhere to maintenance schedules to ensure the dump truck is in optimal working condition
  3. Monitor and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
  4. Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
  5. Assist in the loading and unloading of the dump truck, as required
  6. Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to vehicle operation and transportation activities
  7. Collaborate with the wider mining operations team to ensure the efficient and timely movement of materials

What we're looking for

  1. NCII Certification in Dump Truck Operation or equivalent training and certification
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience operating a dump truck in a mining or construction setting
  3. Strong knowledge of dump truck operating procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate various site conditions and challenges
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
  6. Demonstrable commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  7. Physically fit and able to perform the physical demands of the role, such as loading and unloading materials
