  1. Operate backhoe/excavator in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
  2. Perform digging, trenching, grading, and loading of soil, gravel, and other materials.
  3. Conduct a pre-operation inspection to ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
  4. Assist in site preparation, backfilling, compaction, and other earthworks.
  5. Report equipment defects and coordinate with the mechanic for repairs/maintenance.
  6. Follow project schedules and instructions from site supervisors.
  7. Ensure compliance with company safety rules, health protocols, and DPWH construction standards.
