Customer Service Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to deliver exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who require assistance with orders, product information, and general inquiries.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best-in-class service.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls.
  • Flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
  • Must have your own laptop.
  • Night Differential.
