Dedicated Support Professional

This role will provide dedicated support to internal and external clients in achieving optimal services.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support Specialist: Responsible for delivering technical assistance with basic level of expertise, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of transactions processed.
- Operational Support Services: Provide comprehensive support to all other services with basic (Level 2) and/or advanced (Level 1) expertise.
- SLA Compliance and Performance Metrics: Ensure compliance with operational SLAs agreed with the customer to achieve process, team, and individual performance goals.
- Customer Satisfaction and NPS: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and net promoter score by adhering to agreed-upon goals and metrics.
- Project Management and Ad-Hoc Duties: Provide project support, develop solutions, and manage ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is expected to start their shift at 3:00 AM -12:00pm Manila time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent relationship building skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with ERPs, CRMs, or related tools.
- Strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate service information, reports, and relevant data.
Familiarity with World Vision operations and NGOs is beneficial.
