Business Finance Controller

This is a key role that drives the top-line, cash outflow and costing/governance strategy. The Business Finance Controller will be responsible for transfer pricing and planning at a managerial scope level.

The position involves executing financial planning and analysis processes related to profit and loss management, including reporting, analysis, orders, sales deep dive, forecast, gross margin evolution, backlog analysis, and other key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing monthly closing, costing, and analyzing results
  • Maintaining product cost accuracy and correctness, including daily maintenance and annual standard cost build-up
  • Providing standard financial reports to finance business partners, including P&L, base cost, mix/forex impact, product cost, etc.
  • Implementing global processes for FP&A and costing functions
  • Organizing and delivering financial training in systems, tools, and processes
  • Performing analysis of transfer prices appendices
  • Serving as the point of contact for legal entities procuring from Oracle Secure Power
  • Preparing analytical views of transfer prices for Secure Power TP leads to review
  • Maintaining Oracle intercompany price lists
  • Preparing and issuing global un-invoiced journals
  • Defining transfer pricing, coordinating BPA creation, and loading CSC & MOIOH values
  • Preparing statutory P&L for each Secure Power Oracle legal entity
  • Running and reviewing un-invoiced reports
  • Maintaining technical risks charge backs
  • Managing DVC cash management and PL allocation
  • Maintaining non-Oracle allocations for orders and sales
  • Attending financial/cadence calls

  • EM commercial FP&A consolidation teams
  • LOB/departments FBPs
  • Resource centers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with leadership experience a plus
  • Exposure in shared service or multinational environments an advantage
  • Experience in transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle, SAP, DFL, or Horizon
  • Strong analytical, research capabilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
  • A continuous improvement mindset, detail-oriented, and passionate about acquiring and sharing new information

This role reports into the FP&A Competency Centre Manager and works closely with the In-Entity Division FP&A Leader.
