As a Sales Optimization Analyst at San Miguel Foods, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and optimizing trade strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing retail sales formats, providing sales performance analysis, establishing trade standards, and developing customized programs for Modern Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate brand and SKU performance, conduct category analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment, and lead annual channel management initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence, evaluate trade marketing programs, and recommend improvements to increase sales performance.

  • Manage trade cost budgets, co-approve activity mechanics, monitor sales realization and P&L, track program post-evaluations, and compute sourcing activities.

  • Co-manage event pitches, co-approve agencies, and conduct post-evaluation of special events under the Modern Trade accounts within the trade cost framework.

  • Co-sign sales forecasts, formulate forecasts based on off-take and monitor sell-in volume and sales turnover versus forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to Trade Marketing and/or Brand Marketing.

  • Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of financial performance from topline to bottom line.

  • Proficient in computer applications and business software.

  • Highly analytical with strong critical-thinking skills.
