Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
Managing application data, including validation, manipulation, and formatting using data management tools.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate project logistics, including translation, printing, and distribution of questionnaire materials.
Conducting application testing, ensuring usability, and adhering to business requirements and desired functionality.
Launching applications to defined client distribution lists, generating and reviewing configured reports as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in optimizing business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Configuration Analysis.
Experience in any programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
