About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concierge / Driver to join our team at the Noble Hotel in Banilad, Cebu City. As the Concierge / Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This is a full-time position based in our Cebu City location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding, personalised concierge services to guests, including arranging transportation, making recommendations, and assisting with any special requests
  2. Safely driving guests to and from the hotel in a company vehicle
  3. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and events
  4. Anticipating guest needs and offering proactive solutions to enhance their stay
  5. Representing the hotel's brand and values with a friendly, professional demeanour at all times
  6. Collaborating with the front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience
  7. Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar concierge or customer service role within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong knowledge of the local area and a passion for providing personalised recommendations
  4. Valid driver's licence and a safe, courteous driving record
  5. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in other languages an advantage
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to changing priorities
  7. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
