Senior Account Manager Role

Drive revenues, develop customer relationships, and be the main point of contact within the organization for your customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing revenues on assigned customers through strategic planning and execution.
  • Developing strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers' organizations.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact within the organization for your customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Building sector and market expertise to provide consultative services to customers, understanding their business drivers and requirements.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with customers, monitoring feedback to anticipate business needs and forwarding them to the Product department.
  • Representing the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators, promoting products and services.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • B2B iGaming experience as an Account Manager or Casino Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience working in the UK or Gibraltar is preferred.
  • A self-motivated individual with exceptional social and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult clients and pressure situations.
  • A proactive approach, with excellent analytical and numerical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
