Job Overview

This leadership role oversees the team responsible for maintaining network infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to established procedures and protocols, build relationships across the organization, and drive project initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Create new or updated policies, procedures, and processes to optimize support for all operating systems.
  • Service Level Agreement Management: Ensure that Service Level Agreements are followed at all levels, promoting efficient support.
  • Network Monitoring: Implement monitoring processes for services, network performance, maintenance, and telecommunications to guarantee optimal network reliability.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report network-related metrics, including health reports, outage analysis, and management summaries.
  • Project Leadership: Plan and lead department projects, providing expertise in cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Performance Management: Develop team performance standards, conduct regular reviews, and mentor staff to optimize efficiency.
  • Strategic Alignment: Integrate strategic objectives into daily goals and objectives, driving business success.

For this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, the ability to exercise independent judgment, and excellent communication skills. Regular attendance and flexibility to work variable schedules are also required.
