Hiring Manager Assistant Needed

About One Food Group

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hiring Manager Assistant to join our HR team. As a key support function, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to source, recruit, and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
  • Assist Hiring Managers in creating job descriptions, interview plans, and offer letters
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment statistics, trends, and insights
  • Provide administrative support to Hiring Managers and other HR team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant field (Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food industry or BPO sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications
