Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information.
  • To develop and lead the evolution of our financial reporting processes and business systems.
  • Support budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions are performed properly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts.
  • Ensure year end audits are performed properly.
  • Generate and maintain cash flow requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory matters.
  • Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting).
  • Reporting of budget variances and cost control.

Requirements:

  • An accounting qualification.
  • 5 to 7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Experience working with financial forecasting software an advantage.
