Job Overview

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for presenting career opportunities, ensuring recruitment ramp fulfillment, sourcing candidates through various channels, and creating plans to meet hiring goals. They should be able to conceptualize events that spark job seekers' interest and professionals. A problem-solver with persistence, goal-setting ability, and experience/knowledge about the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Oversee recruitment vendor management and support other vendors.
  • Maintain a network of contacts by establishing relationships with schools, associations, alumni, organizations, etc. for sourcing candidates and branding.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events.
  • Handle cost allocation for all sourcing channels.
  • Monitor sourcing performance regularly.
  • Implement new initiatives to enhance sourcing and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Teams on sourcing strategies to boost hiring volume and quality during team meetings and huddles.
  • Manage working relationships with external providers and recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor reports concerning sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in BPO – Call Center Industry in the same position.
  • Offshore recruitment experience required.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and facilitate agreement with internal and external partners.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly creative and innovative.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Marketing skills required.
  • Willingness to work shifting hours and in Q.C.
