
Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function across a diversified group of businesses.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with business unit HR leads and operations heads to align talent needs, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and implement group-level policies, templates, and service standards across all HR functions.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR services and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain strong compliance with labor laws and data protection standards across all jurisdictions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or a Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles in shared services or group-level HR operations.
- Familiarity with high-volume, multi-business environments (preferably across multiple sectors).
- Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, digital tools) and process optimization.
