Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordination Specialist to oversee and streamline projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders and municipal permitting departments
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary
  • Develop and review project documentation
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in project management software
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability
  • Provide technical input leveraging your expertise to collaborate with engineers and inspectors
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management software is beneficial
What We Offer:
