Job Overview

The Business Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing financial access for institutions and retailers worldwide.


Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Contractual language that defines field service activities not covered by maintenance contracts.
  • Review all service activities generated for assigned customers, identifying Out of Scope activities based on Contract knowledge.
  • Create detailed Financial Reports for billable activities, adhering to Customer Contracts' Terms and Conditions.
  • Prioritize attention to detail when completing daily tasks, especially in Reporting and Invoicing processes - customer data, payment terms, taxes, pricing, etc.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous process improvement and automation initiatives for developmental growth and cost reduction.
  • Develop Executive summaries highlighting associated costs or profits.
  • Coordinate conversations with internal teams to enable efficient Time and Material billing processes.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of relevant technical details on banking equipment.
  • Perform analytical reviews of business activities for assigned customers to identify Revenue gaps.
  • Utilize multiple software solutions to complete daily tasks: Oracle, TAMBA Tool, Invoice Engine, NCDM, SOM, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Manage business processes that create value and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, with knowledge of creating macro solutions considered an advantage
  • Proven skills in relationship management and leadership to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Technical knowledge of banking equipment is advantageous
