Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to resolve it.

  • Attend meetings, record meeting notes, and document key takeaways and action items.
  • Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date, organized, and accessible.
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager position.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars.
  • Highly developed technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
