Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in customer relationship management within the Casino, Sportsbook, or Sweepstakes industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive player engagement, reduce churn, and foster long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game messages.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build targeted plans for player segments to optimize retention efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and marketing, to deliver compelling campaign assets that resonate with our audience.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a CRM, user retention, or marketing role within the Casino / Sportsbook / Sweepstakes space.
- A proven ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that increase player engagement and retention.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Comfort with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
