Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, from order receipt to delivery. They will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or operations management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
